The Kontrox 200mm Wafer Pilot Line is designed for passivating large substrates, tailored for power electronics and optoelectronics. Developed through the EIC-funded 'Enlight' project, it integrates our innovative Kontrox passivation technology with industry-leading methods like PE ALD, along with advanced wet etching in an inert atmosphere.
