The Kontrox 200mm Wafer Pilot Line is designed for passivating large substrates, tailored for power electronics and optoelectronics. Developed through the EIC-funded 'Enlight' project, it integrates our innovative Kontrox passivation technology with industry-leading methods like PE ALD, along with advanced wet etching in an inert atmosphere.

Engineered for continuous, vacuum-sealed operation, the pilot line ensures superior passivation quality, enhancing III-V semiconductor chip performance to meet the most demanding needs of power electronics and optoelectronic manufacturers.
